911 Restoration of Southern Maryland will be my pick for any mold removal or restoration services. Darius and his team were extremely efficient and professional. I was in the process of finishing my basement and the contractor found black mold near my sump pump. I had them stop immediately and called in 911 Restoration. I am so glad I did. They actually found mold in several other places in the basement which were hidden behind drywall. This could have been very costly had we completed the renovations and then had to demo again. Their service exceeded my high expectation. Darius responded & scheduled a same-day appt. His team arrived at the scheduled time and worked to clear out the basement in one day. The clean-up took a total of two days and we are now back on track to finish renovations. I have every confidence we are now mold free. Thank you!!!

Sump pump failure and Mold Remediation (Basement). I normally don't write reviews but the service I received compelled me to do so. Darius and his team are the epitome of professionals. They were prompt and showed up on time...every time. He explained the process in layman's terms and gave me modification tips to prevent it from happening again. They did more than take care of the problem...they made my mishap a priority and gave me piece of mind knowing that it was done right. First time homeowner. First time having severe plumbing issues. Called 911 Restoration in a panic because I had NO IDEA what to do about the water running down my walls and dripping from the ceiling. Michay was the first person I talked to - she calmed me down, went above and beyond to explain the entire process AND helped me understand what my next step should be, etc. - she's the reason why I didn't go crazy during this process. She checked in throughout to make sure everything was OK and that services were completed on time and to my satisfaction. I am definitely recommending this company to anyone in need of home repairs - the professionalism and quality of services is unmatched!
